Payment & advance.
50% advance is to be paid and all remaining amount to be paid within maximum
3 days after the event. Raw pictures will only be given to the client if all
payment is cleared. No refund or credit policy on advance.
Collecting photos & videos.
The client is responsible for bringing their own hard drive, USB, or laptop
to collect their photos and videos once they are ready. Photos are made ready
for pickup within 14 days during the off-season, and within 28 days during
the peak wedding season (November to January).
Albums, videos & photo selection.
Albums and videos are prepared within 8 weeks after the client submits their
photo selection. For album design, the client must select 70 photos for an
event album and 40 photos for the signature shoot album (if included). Do
not rename the files, and send the selection via USB or Google Drive only.
Photo selections must be submitted within 6 months of the event. We are not
responsible for any data loss or delays beyond this period.
Video revisions.
One re-edit of the main video is included. Please request any changes within
2 weeks of receiving the final videos as we delete all data of client if no
changes are conveyed to us within 2 weeks. Additional edits beyond the first
will incur extra charges.
Coverage hours & additional work.
The event will be charged per day, covering up to 4 hours. Each additional
hour beyond the initial 4 will be charged at Rs. 20,000 per hour. Any work
beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
Downloads, backups, collection & social media.
Please download the photos within 10 days of receiving the link, as it will
be deleted without notice after that. Ensure you back up your data timely and
in multiple places. Any sort of data, album is to be picked up by the client.
If you don’t want your images, videos, reels on social media kindly mention
at the time of booking.
